All our products are marked "Made in Italy" with a stamp in the base of all the goods, stamped before the first firing.

This stamp can be replaced, in few cases, by an ink stamp, stamped after the first firing and before the second. During this second firing the stamps became permanent thanks the gloss protective paint.

All our goods have a visible gold label with the italian flag and the indication "Ceramic of Bassano del Grappa".

Under expressed request of the customer, and with no economic contributions, it is possible to complete the products with a guarantee certificate, with the company logo and the indication "Hand-made hand-painted Ceramic of Bassano". It gives importance to the piece and it guarantees the quality. This certificate it is available, under request of the customer, for all the collections.

Lines "Sea & Shells", Line "Crystals and Roses" and all lines "Gold and Platinum" are different from all the others because of the certicate it is attached in all the cases, customer's request isn't necessary.

Lines "Sea and Shells" also are different because of simply stamp is replaced with a complete stamp, stamped visibly in all these products, with our brand "Orgia Italy".

All collections with Gold, Crytals and Platinum have an origin certificate and a "FL Orgia Italy" stamp.

Tutti i nostri prodotti sono marchiati "Made in Italy" con un timbro posto nel retro o nella base del prodotto prima della prima cottura, impressi con cura prima che la terra si solidifichi.

Questo timbro può essere sostituito, in alcuni casi, da un secondo ad inchiostro speciale, impresso dopo la prima cottura e prima della seconda dove verrà reso incancellabile dalla vernice trasparente protettiva.

Ogni prodotto viene fornito di una etichetta dorata visibile, con provenienza garantita dalla bandierina italiana e indicante "Ceramic of Bassano del Grappa".

A richiesta del cliente, ed in modo totalmente gratuito, il prodotto è completato con un talloncino bianco di garanzia, con logo dell'azienda e la dicitura "Hand-made hand-painted Ceramic of Bassano". Tale talloncino conferisce importanza al pezzo e ne garantisce la qualità. Questo certificato è disponibile, su richiesta, per tutte le collezioni.

Fanno eccezione le linee "Sea & Shells", la linea "Crystal and Roses" e le linee con Oro e Platino dove il certificato è
incluso in ogni caso, anche senza esplicita richiesta del cliente.

La linea "Sea & Shells" differisce ulteriormente dalle altre collezioni in quanto il timbro semplice è sostituito da un timbro più completo posto nel corpo dell'oggetto, comprensivo del nostro brand "Orgia Italy".

Tutte le collezioni con Oro, Platino e Cristalli hanno sempre incluso un certificato d'origine e un timbro "FL Orgia Italy".
