Through our work and techniques we always use in our laboratories, every day we repeat the magic of creation that happens in all cultures, when the main elements of our existence, Air, Water, Earth and Fire merge. This is the final act of the production process, the act that give the final look to the good, making it unbreakable and irreversible. At all times big huge furnaces bring ceramic near one thousand degrees, base ceramic earth changes chemistry, paint and colors merge with the poor earth now become ceramic. All was began with the creation of the basic unit, which was subsequently hand-crafted in the shape and customizations. Then, experienced hands drove precise brushes above the surfaces and the pieces take their life. Life that affirms itself indelibly with the final act of cooking, like someone did in the mists of time...

Attraverso il nostro lavoro e grazie alle tecniche che utilizziamo ogni giorno nei nostri laboratori si ripete la magia della crezione che avviene, in tutte le culture, quando gli elementi principali della nostra esistenza, Aria, Acqua, terra e Fuoco entrano in contatto e si fondono. E' l'atto finale del processo produttivo, ciò che da l'aspetto finale al bene e ciò che lo rende indissolubile e irreversibile. In ogni momento forni enormi portano la ceramica a temperature che sfiorano i duemila gradi, la terra cambia consistenza chimica, le vernice ed i colori si fondono con la terra ormai diventata ceramica. Tutto era cominciato con la creazione del pezzo base che successivamente è stato lavorato a mano nella forma e nelle personalizzazioni. Esperte mani poi hanno guidato dei precisi pennelli nelle superfici che prendono colore e vita. Vita che si afferma indelebilmente nell'atto finale della cottura, esattamente come si faceva nella notte dei tempi...

Non c'è tradizione senza innovazione, così come non c'è amore senza odio. Una tradizione appassionata e sincera che non trova continuo spazio nell'innovazione e nel rinnovamento cessa di esistere perdendo tutto ciò che ha con se portato. Ecco perchè lavoriamo incessantemente nella ricerca e nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, nuovi disegni, nuove idee, nuovi stimoli. La maggior parte di esse nascono dalle cose semplici, che sono infine le più belle: nascono osservando la natura, osservando un fiore, una conchiglia o un vegetale. Nascono dalla ricerca di fare qualcosa di buono per tutti, qualcosa che non si misuri come una semplice performance economica ma come qualcosa di bello per la società in cui viviamo, qualcosa che riesca a regalare magari un sorriso o un'emozione. Qualcosa che aggiunga un tassello piccolo ma positivo al luogo in cui viviamo...

The economic results of our company is just one of the shades we look when we want to give a value to our products: this is only one, the smallest. What is a new profitable business if this has caused damages to future generations, to ourselves and the world we live in? In the era of indiscriminate genetic manipulation and consumerism, we want to think a little more to our world, trying to see it not as a mere resource to be exploited but as the base of our existence, seeking a form of respect and trying to feel his immensity. We do all the possible to leave this beautiful place tidy and clean.

I risultati economici della nostra azienda sono solo una delle sfumature che guardiamo quando vogliamo dare un valore al nostro prodotto: questa è solo una, la più piccola e misera. A cosa serve aver creato un nuovo profittevole business se questo ha contribuito a recare un danno alle generazioni future, a noi stessi e al mondo in cui viviamo? Nell'era della manipolazione genetica e del consumismo indiscriminato, ci vogliamo soffermare a pensare un pò di più al nostro mondo, vedendolo non come mera risorsa da sfruttare ma come base della nostra esistenza, ricercando una forma di rispetto e cercando di coglierne l'immensità che sa comunicare. For our company, being flexible means being available to the customer as much as possible. We try to do it in the best way, by installing informal relations and listening to his requests and changes, that we always try to make. From the production point of view this also means the possibility to change, as it is possible, the products and decorations as well as painting and finishing. Often it is the customer who suggest new ideas, ideas that we can try to realize. Flexibility also means communication and pre and post sales support: we do it as much as possible by ensuring a continuous presence at trade fairs and training courses, providing advice and information about collections or products, analyzing sales trends of individual products, giving support for the spedition and shipping, sending free catalogs, brochures and other material if it is requested, and more. To be flexible and to provide a good service is our goal and our work.

Per la nostra azienda, essere flessibili significa essere a disposizione del cliente quanto più possibile. Cerchiamo di farlo nel migliore dei modi, installando relazioni e ascoltandolo nelle richieste e nelle modifiche che cerchiamo sempre di realizzare al meglio. Dal punto di vista produttivo ciò significa anche la possiblità di modificare, per quanto possibile, i prodotti e le decorazioni nonchè la pittura e la finitura. Capita spesso che è il cliente stesso a suggerire delle nuove idee, il che ci da modo di esaudirne le richieste da un lato, dall'altro di avere nuove basi da cui sviluppare altre creazioni. Flessibilità significa anche comunicazione e supporto pre e post vendita: lo facciamo fornendo una rintracciabilità quanto più possibile elevata, assicurando una costante presenza a fiere e corsi di aggiornamento, fornendo consigli e indicazioni su collezioni o prodotti, analizzando l'andamento delle vendite dei singoli prodotti, dando supporto per la spedizione, fornendo cataloghi, brochure e altro materiale qualora ne facesse richiesta, e molto altro.
