Packaging - Imballo

The most of our production is packed in single cartoon boxes, only few articles can be packed with the same security in cartoon boxes of two or four pieces. Under express request of the customer it is possible to packing all the items in single boxes.

During the packaging operation, we use many types of protective accessories. First of all we use many layers of pluriball, that protects the piece from hard shocks with them air cushions. We often integrate the pluriball with brown or white packaging paper. In many cases we use only the packaging paper, this only if the goods don't request the pluriball.

We check all the pieces and, if there are fragile or pointed particulars, we protect them with synthetic sponges that have different thickness and consistency. Sponges and newspaper are also used to stop the pieces into the boxes and to absorb the vibrations. We use packaging cartoon boxes of the best quality with the script "Fragile Made in Italy" in two sides.

Many goods of collection "Sea and Shells", particularly delicate, are packed in polystyrene boxes.
All items of Gold and Platinum collections and of line "Furniture and Creations" are packed in polystyrene boxes.

About the shipping, we usually to organize the boxes in pallets 80x120 cm. In the case of small orders we can send single cartoon boxes without pallets.

Under request of the customer it is possible to packing all the order in polystyrene boxes on in white special cartoon boxes. Only in this cases we request an economic contribution to the packaging costs.

La maggior parte dei prodotti è imballata in scatole di cartone singole, solo pochi pezzi possono essere imballati in modo ugualmente sicuro in scatole da due o quattro pezzi. A richiesta del cliente è possibile imballare tutto in scatole singole.

La procedura d'imballo viene fatta, per la grande maggioranza dei pezzi, con diversi strati di pluriball che protegge la merce dagli urti più violenti grazie ai cuscinetti d'aria. Il pluriball viene spesso integrato con carta da imballo marrone o bianca che ha la funzione di proteggere gli urti più leggeri. In alcuni casi la carta da imballo, dovutamente posta in diversi strati e in rinforzo ai punti critici, sostituisce il pluriball garantendo comunque l'incolumità dei prodotti.

In tutte le collezioni, le parti dei prodotti particolarmente fragili e appuntite sono ulteriormente protette con spugne sintetiche di diverso spessore e consistenza. Spugne e carta da giornale sono anche utilizzati per fermare il pezzo all'interno della scatola ed evitare quindi che si sposti durante il trasporto, nonchè attutire le vibrazioni.

Le scatole usate per l'imballo sono di cartone ondulato di primissima qualità contrassegnate dalla scritta
"Fragile Made in Italy" nei lati.

Alcuni pezzi della collezione "Sea & Shells" particolarmente fragili sono imballati in scatole di polistirolo.
Tutti gli articoli delle collezioni "Gold and Platinum" e della linea "Furniture and Creations" sono imballati in
scatole di polistirolo.

Alla spedizione le scatole possono essere lasciate singole e numerate progressivamente oppure organizzate in pallet 80x120.

Su richiesta del cliente è possibile effettuare l'imballo interamente in scatole di polistirolo o in scatole di cartone bianco.
Solo in questi casi è richiesto un contributo economico alle spese da parte del cliente.
